Did you know that New Relic Has deployment tracking? All you do is modify your capistrano task to let new relic know when you do a deployment. Then when you view you stats on new relic after the deployment, you'll actually see a line on each of your new relic graphs so you'll be able to see how performance was affected. Hashrocket's "you got Cucumber in my RSpec" gem is now RSpec 2 compatible. Use Given-When-Then in your integration specs to get something that looks like Ruby plus Cucumber.
