Vendor Everything Still Applies

Ryan McGeary wrote up an article last week detailing some Bundler and RVM best practices. He encourages developers to check in their .rvmrc file, and discourages the use of rvm gemsets. Instead developers should use "bundler install --path vendor" to install their gems locally. Interesting thought.
