Email validation in Ruby On Rails 3 or Active model without regexp

We've all done it, gone searching for a good regex to use for validating email addresses. A while ago Hery Ramihajamalala solved this issue with 3 lines of code, basically using the mail gem directly to parse the email. Real nifty solution, only issue we ran into... How to pronounce that name! Sorry Hery!
